Return Policy

You may not return:
- Sales and clearance items, jewelry, sunglasses, scarves, belts, & gift certificates.
- All sales on sales or clearance items are FINAL.
- Any merchandise that shows any wear.  These must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Clothes will not be accepted with any makeup on, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON!

To make your return:
- You are responsible for shipping and handling on your return.
- Please refer to Return Policy on what can be returned above to ensure your return meets the criteria.
- Please include a copy of your receipt and note the reason for the return in the box with your returned items.
- Please take note of your tracking number for your return and immediately email info@twoellesboutique.com with the order number and tracking number of the shipment.
- Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed.

Refund:
- Unworn/unaltered merchandise may be returned for a store credit within 14 days of the day you receive your items.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

For Facebook purchases made directly from Facebook, please refer to our Facebook Sales Policy on refunds, returns, etc.
